By requesting or purchasing services from CHODC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

CHODC provides CAD drafting, drawing conversion, 3D visualization, Fire Alarm, ELV, and related technical drawing services based on the information and requirements provided by the client.

2. Project Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete drawings, dimensions, references, specifications, and other information required to complete the project.
Changes or additional information provided after work has started may affect the project scope, quotation, or delivery time.

3. Quotation & Payment

A quotation will be provided based on the agreed project scope and requirements.
Work will begin after the quotation is accepted and the required payment or agreed payment arrangement is confirmed.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional charge.

4. Revisions

Revisions related to the originally agreed requirements will be handled according to the agreed project terms.
Changes to the original requirements, additional drawings, or new instructions may be considered additional work and may require an additional charge.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

CHODC aims to provide professional and satisfactory results for every project.
If CHODC is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work based on the requirements confirmed at the start of the project, the client may be eligible for a refund.
The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:
• Changes to the original project requirements
• Additional work requested after the project has started
• Delays or issues caused by missing, inaccurate, or incomplete client information
• Work that has been reviewed and approved by the client
• Completed work that has already been delivered and accepted
• Third-party fees, platform fees, or other charges outside CHODC’s control
Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the agreed project scope and the work completed.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the quotation stage.
Delivery time may vary depending on project complexity, scope, revisions, and the timely availability of required information from the client.
Delays caused by missing information, late responses, or changes requested by the client may extend the delivery time.

7. Client Approval & Responsibility

CHODC prepares drawings based on the information and requirements provided by the client.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final drawings before using them for construction, submission, fabrication, installation, or other project purposes.
Where professional engineering, architectural, fire authority, or other regulatory approval is required, the client or relevant licensed professional is responsible for obtaining such approval.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
If work has already started, the amount of any refund will depend on the project status and the work completed.
Once substantial work has been completed, a full refund may not be available.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed final deliverables for their intended project use.
CHODC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality before or during the project.

10. Confidentiality

CHODC respects the confidentiality of client information and project files.
Client information and project materials will not intentionally be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law or necessary to provide the agreed service.

11. Limitation of Liability

CHODC provides drafting and visualization services based on client-provided information and does not guarantee approval by authorities, consultants, contractors, or other third parties.
CHODC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or project issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information supplied by the client.
Technical drawings should be reviewed and approved by the appropriate project professional before construction, installation, or official submission where applicable.
